Very upset , totally out of quality. Ordered a pick up , plenty of time to prepare my order with 20 mins ahead , yet provided me with this Cold & Burned Margarita Pizzas ! Should I call this joint as “ Worse Chics “ ?

The wrap fell apart all the sucues were all in the middle, the sweet potato fries were so well I wasn't able to eat them the order took 20 minutes, I go to the Hyland Blvd store all the time very good service and food will not go back again

I’m a teacher who orders from here almost everyday! I placed an order online. They delivered me the wrong food. When I called and spoke to the internet manager he explained there was nothing he can do and he wasn’t sending me the correct order. I will let all my other colleagues know about this place since we all order from here often. Beware!!

The food is not good their drivers all got fired for pot heads the owner is nice but quality of food he buys isn’t good and not organic if you guys only knew. You not eating healthy if produce is going bad

The healthy aspect of this eatery is that it serves low fat food. I would prefer grain bowls, organic fruits and vegetables. Concept seems dated

Food is ok but customer service sucks!!! Called to place an order I get no greetings or even "Hello" first thing the girl said to me.... "Who is this?" Also, every time my co-workers and I place an order whether for pick up or delivery they can NEVER get our orders right. One time my boss found a head of lettuce in her salad and its all getting brown.

Me and my friend ordered salads here. They completely screwed our order by switching my tuna with her chicken/goat cheese/avocado, thus creating 2 brand new salads that aren't even on the menu. The food tastes good but this was not even what we ordered.

If you want to healthy and delicious meal this is a place to go. It's a little out of the way and there is no parking but if you're lucky and you find a parking. I love to go and have lunch it's delicious chicken salad on a toasted pita and a piece of watermelon.

What can I say! Family owned and they’re awesome! Food is the best anywhere! And healthy of course! Staff is so cool and easy going! Atmosphere is great! Should be more places like this!

Nice little place

Ordered for pick up. Went inside, gave them my name, they told me it’ll be out soon. 10-15 minutes went by, they asked me again for my name. Turns out my food had been ready before I even walked in. Wow!

I didn’t like their pizza; it’s a one dollar pizza they sell it for 7 something just because the box has the word FRESH on it

My favorite health food spot in Staten Island. I frequent the Victory Blvd and Forest Ave locations, but the service and food at all locations on the Island are great. Staff is friendly and accommodate allergy concerns and dietary needs with proper substitution. Locations are always clean, and the different specials introduce new ideas frequently. I would love them to open up in Manhattan and Brooklyn.

Overly priced, slow service, never get orders correct, rude workers, not healthy whatsoever. A can of soda sweet potato fries and a tbsp of guacamole costs over 7$ and protein shakes cost almost 8$. Ripoff.

If your google page and website says your restaurant closes at 8p, you should take orders and customers till 8p. I was turned away at 7:48p due to shutting the grill off and closing kitchen at 7:45p. The website, google & yelp should clearly state that this restaurant closes at 7:45p NOT 8p. Misleading and disappointing.

This better gourmet health kitchen is better than the other betters on the island. The staff is better, the food is better and the service is better. My sister thinks this is not the better of the betters but I bet her that this better was the best

When you eat better, you live better. This is the mantra that guides the cuisine at this lovely little eatery. The food is delicious and offers a wide variety including bison. They also have a number of delicious smoothies to choose from.

Bought a full house salad with chicken and steak, two protein shakes and a wrap. They got my salad order wrong by charging me extra but forgetting the chicken and the shakes hurt my stomach. $50.00 for a wrong order and an upset stomach. Better used to be the jam, now it's a mess. I also tried to use a $4.00 off coupon, and they refused to honor it because it wasn't printed. Poor customer service and crappy food. Never, ever, again!

Foods not bad, staff is a little too chilled out

Although the food here is seemingly okay, when trying to order for delivery, there's almost always an issue. I order to my job (which has cameras throughout the building) and after an hour of waiting, when calling back to check up on the status of my delivery, I'm told that the delivery man came here, waited outside the door and no one answered. Somehow the delivery personnel managed to do this without appearing in any one of the 12 cameras throughout the building - he must be a ninja. Furthermore, no one from the store called me to see if I could meet the delivery personnel or to make sure that he was at the right place and my orders are always prepaid. Would they have had no problem taking the money for my order and not delivering it? And not notifying me of where my food was and why??? Food was also BURNT when it finally got to me 2 hours after my initial call for delivery. Lets get a little better, Better.

The staff here is great. I’m embarking on an elimination diet and the young lady who answered the phone didn’t want to misinform me... I’m so grateful for her honesty....She grabs another young lady, Tawney, she was phenomenal! She even suggested another side and it was exactly what I was looking for. Thank you guys so much.... I really appreciate you!
